Carrie 1976 is a chilling adaptation of Stephen King's horror novel, withdrawn and sensitive teen Carrie White (Sissy Spacek) faces taunting from classmates at school and abuse from her fanatically pious mother (Piper Laurie) at home. When all the strange things start manifesting around Carrie, she begins to suspect that she has supernatural powers. later the emphathetic Tommy Ross (William Katt) invited her to the Invited to the prom, Carrie tries to let her guard down, but things eventually take a dark and violent turn.
In Summary Carrie is a film about an outcast who later relaized that she has extra ordinary supernatural Powers and uses her power of to return the favors towards her sociopathic bully classmates and her religious fanatic wackadoodle mother.
