"Mera Man Lochai" is from my first solo chant album, "The Cosmic Gift" (2013). The words are by Guru Arjan, and the music is by Sirgun Kaur Khalsa and Livtar.

The song speaks of a great longing to be with one's spiritual teacher. I have personally used this mantra practice to help heal a broken heart... many times. My experience with these words is that they are like a little sewing kit for the heart.
