The positive displacement filler is the most versatile filling machine for filling a wide range of products from very viscous to light viscosities. The pump filler cart module along with the standard container handling module will handle a wide range of container sizes, fill volumes, and product types; but it is best suited for filling pastes, creams, lotions and jells in greater speeds and volumes than a piston filler. The positive displacement pump offers the same results as a piston filler product displacement method with a much wider range of fill volumes by simply increasing or decreasing the pump’s revolutions in increments of partial revolution via a touch screen setting.
