Shiroyama Park（城山公園） is located in Marunouchi and Horinouchi, Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture.

It includes the Honmaru, Ninomaru, and Sannomaru of Matsuyama Castle. The entire park is a historic site based on the Law for the Protection of Cultural Properties, and buildings such as the main tower of Matsuyama Castle have been designated as national important cultural properties. Shiroyama Juzo (trees) is a natural monument of the prefecture. It is a famous cherry blossom viewing spot and has been selected as one of Japan's top 100 cherry blossom viewing spots. The cherry blossom season is bustling with cherry blossom viewers.

The park is owned by Matsuyama City and is managed and operated by Iyo Railway as a designated administrator.

The NHK Matsuyama Broadcasting Station, the Ehime Prefectural Museum of Art, the Ehime Prefectural Library, and the Matsuyama Civic Hall are located within the park. The existing Matsuyama Municipal Baseball Stadium and Velodrome were relocated to Matsuyama Central Park.
