This is the Ultimate TOC in FS One V2 RC flight simulator going through series of three snap rolls. The screen data is recorded in 'developer mode'. The data shown is the local angle of attack along the top wing, starting from the left tip and going all the way to the right tip. For this top wing, there are 12 wing panels, so there are 12 angles of attack (6 on each side). In this left snap roll, the down going wing (left side) stalls with a high angle of attack, helping to promote the snap roll. The right wing that goes up and sees a lot of downward flow and the angles of attack are all below stall, and even negative - but not as far as negative stall.
