Behind the Wheel: 1962 Ford Anglia 105E

Everyone - and kids in particular - loves the Ford Anglia, ever since it appeared in the Harry Potter series. Enchanted by Arthur Weasley to fly and be invisible, the Flying Car rescued Harry (more than once!) and enjoyed an amazing trip from King's Cross station in London to Hogwarts Castle, crashing into the Whomping Willow.
Back in Muggle cities, the Anglia was a slightly less exciting offering: a compact and reliable little car that provided affordable motoring to millions. It appeared in numerous variants from 1939 to 1967, and was often the cheapest new car on the market.
