Hurricane Sandy, one of the worst hurricanes in US history, caused nearly $40bn of damage when it hit parts of the eastern coast last October. Federal agencies have helped New Jersey rebuild but many people are still waiting to return home. Al Jazeera's Raelyn Johnson reports.
