In this video, you'll learn how to finish tasks, ADHD-style, by working with the natural strengths of your brain. Start by circling one task that creates the biggest impact. Then use the Half-It Rule to slice the task into the easiest entry point your brain will actually start. Finally, add a 10-second reset—one breath and a touch to your desk—to ground your sensory system and quiet overwhelm. When you simplify the entry, ADHD focus switches on.
