The PSVR2 controllers and Steam VR broke on me while I was trying this with the PSVR2, so I switched back to Quest 3. I'll try the PSVR2 again at a later time.

Use the Voodoo Doll to more quickly locate the ghost, then take the sanity to give yourself more time and collect evidence as fast as you can. I like to hide beside the fridge, as long as the kitchen isn't the ghost room. The Tarot Cards might give you more sanity if you're lucky (Sun Card, or Wheel of Fortune Green).

The Mare fooled me - I guessed Spirit and got it wrong. At least the other ghosts (Myling, Raiju, Revenant) were easier to nail down.
