SQUID GAME is the latest hit Netflix to grace our home streaming devices and everyone is talking about it! It's fun, Intriguing, Brutal and has a lot of subtle but fun social commentary. It's ruthless and can only be described as a mix of Hunger Games, Saw, Battle Royale and Lord of the Flies.

Admittedly I have already watched Squid Game in it's entirety, but any video I tried to make talking about the show didn't turn out the way I wanted it to. So with that said, over the next couple weeks I will be re watching all 9 episodes of Squid Game with all of you from the perspective of a re watch, looking deeper into little hints and details the show provides as well as looking further into it's social commentary.

Seong Gi-hun, a divorced and indebted chauffeur, is invited to play a series of children's games for a chance at a large cash prize. Accepting the offer, he is taken to an unknown location and finds himself among 455 other players, all with similar large debts. The players are kept under watch at all times by masked guards in pink suits, with the games overseen by the Front Man. The players soon discover that losing in these games results in their death, with each death adding ₩100 million to the potential ₩45.6 billion grand prize. Gi-hun allies with other players, including his childhood friend Cho Sang-woo, to try to survive the physical and psychological twists of the games
