Hello everyone!

Wanting a quick blast to your legs? This 5 minute dumbbell leg workout is for you!

You could even combine with a bodyweight leg workout before for a longer workout.

For reference, I’m using 12.5kg dumbbell in each hand.

The workout is split into 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds rest for the duration.

Squat
Reverse lunge
Squat
Curtesy lunge
Squat
Side lunges
Squat
Romanian deadlift
Squat
Sumo squat deadlift

Please do movements at your own pace. In particular, make sure you move slow and controlled with the Romanian deadlifts. You back should be flat, chest open, shoulder blades together and relax into that stretch in the hamstrings.
