Rider fault not focusing directly ahead for a split second and hits the speed bump unprepared. Lost control and crashed. Rider is OK with mostly minor road rash wounds, but unfortunately a small stone was embedded right below the ankle bone. Being considered a jagged open wound, unable to be stitched so it was a long and painful recovery process. The scooter had relatively minor damage on the lower area and was still able to be ridden home.

Just a reminder to everyone including myself to wear riding gear.
