Track people using an Arduino Robot 4WD kit and Object Detection and Tracking Android app that uses TensorFlow Image detection available on Google Play store.

Using an off the shelf 2W/4W robot kit you can connect the phone to the car using cheap selfie holder, and the app will Bluetooth the object positions over to the Arduino using standard Serial communications.

This video demonstrates person tracking, but app can also send tracking data filtered for overlapping colours with circles or other TensorFlow objects.
