Ford 5000 & 4 Furrow Ransome Plough

The tractor is a Ford 5000 working in a stubble field on Rob and Ed Rookes farm at Heslington near York in England.

The two brothers love their Massey Fergies both new and old and they are a credit to them.

If you look closely you will see several vintage machines in the field and a man with a camera taking shots of them.
Rob & Ed don't usually have a cameraman following them around but on this particular day it was part of a photo shoot for Classic Tractor magazine and a feature covering 4 different V8 engined tractors which I filmed and will be dropping onto my channel later on.

Rob & Ed rebuild and refurbish them so they can be actively used each year rather than just a museum piece that is kept polished in a shed and never goes outside.

If you watch closely you will catch a quick view of a MF 4840 on a big set of Simba Solo ST 380 cultivators which again will be the main subject of a future video now that is edited and ready to go.
