How NOT to Write a Villain - Moana 2

If you know me, Maxime Le Mal from Despicable Me 4 and The Chameleon from Kung Fu Panda 4 are some of the worst villains written not only of this year but of all time. Moana 2 had surprisingly created a villain that may be objectively worse than both of them because there barely is a villain arc to begin with.
