Tim Holtz Doily 3D Embossing Folder | Making a Mixed Media Tag

Sharing a short video tutorial of how I use the awesome new Doily 3-D Embossing Folder by Tim Holtz and Sizzix to make a beautiful detailed background. and how I build layers using die cuts and idea-ology to build layers and create a mixed media collage tag. A few embossing tips -

- Use a Distress Brayer to apply any color of @ranger_ink Oxide Ink to the flat side of your folder. Archival Ink works well too.

- Spritz water on one side of a Ranger Mixed Media Heavystock Tag. Lay the dry side onto the inked side of the folder. This will keep the doily white.

You will see me using Tim’s new Sizzix Big Shot Foldaway Machine. I LOVE this machine, It’s such a little power house and I use it all the time!
