On September 18, 2024, the City of Los Angeles Emergency Management Department (EMD) hosted an informative disaster recovery seminar that focused on individual assistance. Disaster response and recovery partners from several levels of government -- including FEMA, the U.S. Small Business Administration, Los Angeles County and local Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (VOAD). The seminar included case studies and a Q&A with participants.
