Hello and welcome to Silo Cluster 18-66a.

The skull in this level is located after the room with the big glowing hologram dude. clear out the tube and enter the train tunnel. Our goal is to get to the balcony here with the buttons, we drop down and head to the right jump on the barrels and up the staircase. Now the buttons control this chandilier thing, we need to move it from the back corner to infront of the balcony, so we need to move it down, to the right twice, down then to the left. that will move it out of the corner and infront of the balcony. Hop on the chandilier thing and theres the skull.
