1. make sure you test the cylinder everytime you accepting the delivery.
2. if it's leaky demand a different cylinder.
3. mostly the delivery boy will insist you to accept the leaky cylinder as they dont want to make the xtra effort of exchanging it. .
4. in such case don't give him the empty cylinder. stay firm , don't accept.
5. Do not don't make prepaid payments for #lpgcylinder. this way delivery boy who has to ensure delivery will end replacing it.
6. report the #leakage to the ministry of oil and gas. dealers distributors don't care, so no need to speak to them except insisting on the delivery boy for replacement.
