This Project Gave Participants an Unforgettable Learning Experience

In a unique Erasmus+ project focused on "Media and Information Literacy for Active Digital European Citizens," participants were immersed in the importance of media literacy, especially relevant in today’s information-heavy world. For Fatime from Portugal, this project offered more than just new skills; it was a thrilling journey into the Serbian mountains, where they explored the local culture and learned alongside international peers.

Reflecting on the experience, the participants shared their excitement about engaging in hands-on activities with professional journalists. “It was amazing to see exactly what journalists do, to learn how interviews are written, and how to collaborate with participants,” said Igor, from Poland. This exposure not only deepened their understanding of the media landscape but also provided practical insights that will benefit their academic journey.

Beyond technical skills, the project enriched participants with a deeper appreciation for diverse cultures and perspectives. Living and learning with people from various backgrounds broadened their mindset, making this Erasmus+ experience both professionally and personally transformative.
