Interviewing An HSTV-L Engineer

It's no secret that the High Survivability Test Vehicle Lightweight (HSTV-L) is by far my favorite tank. Constructed and tested during the early 80s, the HSTV-L was the epitome of speed. It possessed a fast firing gun, a quickly traversing turret, and incredible agility. Though the ACVT (Armored Combat Vehicle Technology) program would have its funding diverted before a production vehicle could be put forth, it provided a lot of useful research. I had the incredible opportunity to talk to someone who worked on that program directly, and it's my pleasure to share that conversation with you guys.
