First of two videos taken, in an effort to settle a dispute between myself and the purchaser of a completely rebuilt Cat Model 290 pump. My intention was to provide a photo inspection of the unit as being removed from the purchasers packaging and then to post a subsequent video of a mechanical test. After creating this video, I found reason, apparent but not mentioned in this first video, not to test but, rather, to deny refund on the basis of physical changes made by the buyer. These are noted in the second video posted.
