Home made Tea Buns! Tea Buns are classic Sri Lankan style buns. This recipe makes delicious and softer buns. Tea Buns taste good with butter and you can enjoy it with tea. Good for Breakfast and it is a good Lunch box idea too. This is a nut free super soft Bun Recipe.

Ingredients:
▶ Milk- 375 ml lukewarm
▶ Sugar- 50g+100g
▶ Yeats- 10 g
▶ Eggs- 2 lightly beaten
▶ Salt- ½ tsp
▶ All Purpose Flour- 500g(+ 1 to 2 tbsp only if needed)
▶ Butter- 60g
▶ Tea Bag- 1
▶ Hot Water- ¼ cup

TIPS
▹You can use flour or butter when making the balls from the dough
▹You can do an egg wash instead of tea
▹ Do not bake longer than mentioned in the video or else your tea buns will not become soft
▹ After taking the buns out of the oven fully baked, you can put some butter on top
