Ken Clarke: Rachel Reeves can be just like Margaret Thatcher

Does Rachel Reeves need to be unpopular in order to be successful? Tory grandee Ken Clarke tells Andrew Marr that difficult decisions must be made to get Britain out of the 'mess' that its in.

Mr Clarke is quite optimistic that Chancellor Rachel Reeves is going in the right (unpopular) direction, and must stick with it and emulate Margaret Thatcher in order to be a success and get the country back on track.
