These are two of the best phones out there right now, period. They're both pretty distant in terms of price, but in terms of hardware, specs, and performance, they're actually incredibly close. OnePlus has made a phone that not only competes with the likes of Samsung, but also just might make the S9 sweat, so to speak. Which phone edges the other out?
