Pin & pull falls under the man blocking schemes and is a concept you'll see a lot more at higher levels of Football, mostly due to the difficulty of some of the blocks but also the personnel required to run it.

If you have the guys to pull it off and some smart OL who can communicate, this run concept can be great, especially on the goalline as we see in this video.
