Yoshihiro Togashi-sensei is the famous author / artist of Hunter x Hunter and Yu Yu Hakusho. He has been experiencing health problems and concerns for 2 decades at this point. It has stopped him from writing HxH consistently for a long time. However its clear he's been doing complicated surgeries to fix his back issues. Recently he went into another surgery and is already working on the next chapters of the manga.
