Frank Giovannini, is a 3 Michelin stars chef, who cooks in very interesting and sophisticated way. Every plate is a lot of work.

In 2015, “La Liste” published a list of the world’s best restaurants. The Restaurant de l’Hôtel de Ville, in Crissier, near Lausanne, in Switzerland, was woted number 1 restaurant in the world. Now it's in 5th place.

Chef Giovannini doesn't go for compromise — he is a perfectionist, control freak and real food aficionado. He loves good food. And he loves to share: everyone can come to the kitchen and cook with mr Giovannini. That’s what are culinary courses were made for.
