This country Hoedown drum beat is recorded with brushes and is typical of a lot of bluegrass music which didn't originally use drum tracks.

To be honest, I struggle at times to differentiate between Hoedown and Bluegrass beats. I'm sure I'll get shot down for saying that but I've listened to so many Hoedown drum beat tracks and probably the same amount of Bluegrass tracks that this drum groove could sit with that it's a tad confusing.

All the tracks I'm playing will be available as downloadable mp3 files PLUS MIDI files and are being recorded as individual tracks so you can cut them up and use them however you wish to create your own songs or practice along too.
