You can do this exploit anywhere during freeplay. Also you don’t need to actually fast travel, you just have to go a little far but have in mind that you can’t go too far away. Otherwise the exploit will be reseted! You're gonna want to use this location since Fort Tarsis is the perfect respawn distance without risking going too far. You just need to find the first one, then get some distance and back to where you found it. Also works for the Sentinel/Dominion ones. Good luck, Freelancers.
