Walking Swede Hollow in St. Paul, Minnesota

Описание к видео Walking Swede Hollow in St. Paul, Minnesota

The mission of Elder Trekker is to encourage seniors to remain both physically and mentally active as they age. In this video, Elder Trekker takes you on a walk through the old immigrant community called Swede Hollow, past the Hamms Brewery complex, and up to the Eastside Heritage Park. I hope this video inspires you to walk this portion of the Bruce Vento Regional Trail for yourself and to learn more about the people and business that made the east side of St. Paul their home.

Note:
Although brisk walking is safe for most adults, it’s always a good idea to check with a doctor before you begin an exercise program. This is especially true if you haven’t exercised for a while.
