This is a walkthrough of the Innovation Challenge Platform I designed and built internally in the Bank. Before this project, the annual innovation challenge relied heavily on manual Excel tracking and email-based submissions, which was slow, error-prone, and hard to scale.

With this platform, I built a React + TypeScript frontend with RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), secure routing, and a responsive UI using Tailwind CSS. It integrates with PostgreSQL and MongoDB backends, automated CI/CD pipelines, and scaled to support 1,000+ proposals with 2x faster review cycles.

This demo highlights not just the tech, but also the product impact, how we turned a messy manual workflow into an enterprise-ready system that empowered employees to submit, review, and track proposals seamlessly.

I’m passionate about product-building, AI, and full-stack engineering, and this project was a chance to blend all three into something that created real business value.
