Champurrado is a traditional Mexican beverage known for its rich and comforting flavor. It is primarily made with masa, which is finely ground corn flour, and is often combined with chocolate for a delightful cocoa taste. However, I will use Pumpkin Puree instead of chocolate in this recipe.

Here are the ingredients you will need to prepare this recipe:

3 cups of water, divided
1 Cinnamon Stick
4 Whole Cloves
3-4 Ounces of Piloncillo or more
15 oz can of pumpkin puree or two cups of Homemade Pumpkin
1 Tsp Pumpkin Spice Seasoning
Pinch of Salt
1/2 cup of Corn Flour
Ground Cinnamon for Garnishing
4-5 Cups of Whole Milk or a Milk of your Choice
12 oz can of Evaporated Milk
