Don Dolindo was suspended several times on false accusations of heresy, being mentally unstable (he was evaluated on more than one occasion and always found to be of sound mind) and a number of other things. I have a couple of videos that address the reasons & false accusations that resulted in his suspensions:

Don Dolindo was always obedient to the Church, even - and especially! - when he was falsely, repeatedly, accused of numerous things, including heresy and being mentally unbalanced, even though each psychological evaluation he was obliged to undergo proved him to be of sound mind. Don Dolindo was often treated unfairly and harshly maligned by members of the Church, resulting in the repeated severe punishment of being forbidden to exercise his priestly faculties on several occasions, for a grand total of nearly two decades of unjust deprivation of his priestly faculties.
