What is prospecting? You're looking for the person or family that is most likely to make a real estate transaction sooner rather than later. That's what prospecting is. So, think about this from a strategic standpoint. If that's what prospecting is, then why wouldn't I prioritize the prospecting methods that target the low-hanging fruit first? Pick up the "easy" ones first and then branch out.

That's what this video breaks down. Imagine walking in a neighborhood looking for prospects to buy, sell or invest in real estate. You see a house with a massive green arrow above it that says this family is a 10/10 on their timeline and a 10/10 on their motivation to sell. Why wouldn't you go knock that door and talk to that family? The hardest part about real estate is simply knowing who is ready RIGHT NOW and how to find them. Well, not anymore. Especially when you look at it with this lens.

So, what are those houses with the green arrow above them? They're FSBOs (for sale by owner) and EXPIRED listings. Yep, that's them. Both are a 10/10 on their timeline to move and a 10/10 on their motivation to do so. They're the green arrows. They're the lowest hanging fruit that you should prioritize as you build your business. Only problem is most strategies being taught are dead. They don't work anymore. The scripts are horrible. The approaches don't work. They're outdated.
