Turning Eeyore out for the first time - Easy Horse Care Rescue Centre

Eeyore has never been with another donkey in his life – before now, that is. Surprisingly, this skeletal, scarred, weak donkey has grown into a strong and excitable young man over the past couple of months, and he's now ready to join the herd. Isn't it wonderful to see him learning how to be a donkey? With abused animals like this, it's like they’ve been kept in the dark for years until we’ve opened the door and allowed them to finally walk into the sunlight. This is what it’s really all about here at Easy Horse Care Rescue Centre.

Found wandering along a road, it's clear Eeyore suffered a terrible fate at the hands of his former owner. He has bad scars across his nose and a broken tail but, despite all the abuse, remains an incredibly friendly and inquisitive donkey.
