In this video, we're going to discuss how Sku Grid sees Home Depot items.

There are many stores that show different pricing depending on the store location that you set in your browser.

For all US based stores, except for Home Depot, the zip code used is 11101. For Home Depot, sku grid is using zip code 60607 Chicago, IL South Loop Location.

Let's take a look at this item for example. At the moment, in the browser, the store location is set to 11101 which is in New York. Observe that the price on home depot's website is $59.00.

Now, let's change the store location to zip code by clicking on You're shopping in the top left corner of the screen.

Then click Find Other Stores.

In the search box, type in zip code 60607 and press Enter.

Next to the South Loop location, click the Make This Your Store button.

The page will refresh and you can see that the store location has been changed at the top left hand corner of your screen.

Also, notice that the price of the item is now $39.97 instead of $59.00.

It is important to understand this concept because you may have a different location stored in your browser and wonder why sku grid is seeing a different price than you are. If you ever feel that there is a discrepancy in price or stock, please make sure your store location is set to 60607 Chicago, IL South Loop before placing your orders or submitting a support ticket thinking that it is incorrect.

Another thing to discuss is Express Delivery. Let's take a look at another example. On this item, under where it says We'll Ship It To You, notice how the orange button says Express Delivery. Items that are being shipped by Express Delivery instead of standard are considered Out of Stock by Sku Grid. They can get to the buyer much faster, however, they typically do incur much higher shipping charges than you might anticipate in your pricing. These shipping amounts are not known until you add the item to cart and proceed to checkout.
