On Saturday 17th February 2018, our BRAND-NEW 5-week ‘How To’ Workshop series will be launching at MPFit Birstall.

We’ll be splitting the 5 weeks in to the following workshops:

** Exploring and improving your movement
** Learn all about the hinge (or deadlift)
** Master the squat
** Learn to push
** Learn to pull (or row)

You’ll leave these workshops with greater confidence, and knowledge of common exercises and errors and receive FREE access to instructional videos and a written booklet with everything we cover. You’ll go away with your own personal approach to training that suits you.
