English : The Battle of Montenotte took place on April 12, 1796 in Montenotte during the Italian Campaign of the French Revolutionary Wars, between the French army commanded by Bonaparte and the armies of the Kingdom of Sardinia and the Holy Empire under the orders of Count Eugène -Guillaume d’Argenteau. It ends with a French victory.
