We were riding through the campus amd making a vlog of it, suddenly we saw this protest. At first I was shocked why they were doing so? But later on I got to know this is not just for reopening the colleges but also a fight again NEP 2020. There is a point mentioned in it that delhi university will transform into the private university. The government will give the autonomy to charge student whatever fees they want to be. If you are a DU student then you might took admission to get the best education in a minimum affordable price. But according to NEP 2020 they could charge whatever amount of fee from you, else go in hell. It is a draft of more than 700 pages and you could read all these policies.
That's why they all have been protesting against it. So if you are able to go to North Campus (Delhi), please come join us and help us in this protest. Education must be free or affordable for every student. The pressure due to coronavirus adding up to student's problem
