Understand the best practices and cautions to take when recording and working with Excel Macros.

To record and work with Excel macros, you need to unhide the Developer tab from the Ribbon (right-click, customize the ribbon, find the tab in the list and tick it).
Click on Start recording. Give a name (without any blanks), save it to Personal Macro Workbook to use it every time.
Be cautious with shortcuts as they might override the existing ones!
Record this macro and format your future files in one click.
Best practice during recording a macro: take your time and avoid unnecessary clicks and scrolling.
Find the macro in the Developer tab, create a copy of the worksheet before running it (you cannot undo the changes made by a macro).
Enter the code and twist it so that it works for a higher range of cells (I used column DA as an example, feel free to enter another reference as per your files).
