Unboxing Brother MW260MFi Space Age Looking Printer

Описание к видео Unboxing Brother MW260MFi Space Age Looking Printer

Have you seen the movie Ad Astra starring Brad Pitt? This futuristic looking printer should easily be a perfect prop.

Ok, let's see in this 5-minute video how you can 1) unbox the MW260MFi, 2) install the battery, 3) load the awesome paper cassette, 4) connect to bluetooth, and 5) print a sample page. No ink as it is a thermal printer.

This printer is popular in Japan and Europa as it uses A6 size paper. Each cassette contains 50 sheets of paper, enough for you to print spacial passes for the droids. If you research the A3, A4, A5, A6, A7 papers, you will find out that they actually make better senses than our letter, legal, and 4x6 paper sizes. A6 is exactly 4.125" by 5.875", which is very close to the 4"x6" paper size. You can actually "hack" this printer by putting 4"x6" fanfold thermal labels that are cut to 4.125" x 5.875". Voila, a super portable printer to print shipping labels.

The print speed is decent, the quality is so Japanese, and it is super quiet. Throw it into your briefcase, take it with you in your next contract signing meeting.
