Gather a group to taste the 2015 Jaboulet Hermitage ‘La Chapelle’ to see for yourselves (or just trust me and cellar it anyway), and while you exercise that patience, pop open a bottle of the 1983, 1985, 1990 or 1991 to reward yourself for doing so.
