Mangilik El Avenue is an approximately 8.9 km long avenue located in the southeastern part of the city. Until 2016, it was called Orynbor Street. It begins at the intersection with Mukagali Makataev Street near the Maral Bridge and ends at the intersection with Kabanbay Batyr Avenue. It is an asphalt-paved six-lane road with two-way traffic and a single carriageway. Closer to the end, it divides into two carriageways.

Among the socially significant buildings are the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of Kazakhstan, the Central Concert Hall, the city polyclinic, schools-gymnasiums, kindergartens, the National Bank of Kazakhstan, the Police Department, the Hospital of the Medical Center of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Astana IT University.

Landmarks include the Green Belt Forest of Astana, the Nur Alem Museum, the Independence Stele, the Triumphal Arch, and Jetisy Park. At the beginning of the avenue flows the Esil River, and at the end is the Nura-Esil Canal. The development is mixed, with both multi-story and single-story buildings.

Bus routes of public transport run along the avenue. Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport is at the end of the avenue, about 5 km away.
