Manchester Museum has a breeding programme to help save threatened species which are declining due to the chytrid fungus being present in their natural environment, the rainforests of Panama.

Matthew O'Donnell, the Curator of Herpetology at the museum, talks in depth about this fungus with highlights of other amphibian ambassadors within his collection.
