How to make builder REFUND YOUR BOOKING AMOUNT without making a video or going on social media

I am happy to tell you that through my efforts, many people who book flats are getting refund of their token / booking amount, which usually varies between Rs 1 lakh and Rs 7 lakhs. In some cases, the builder refunds the money only after we publish a video on my YouTube channel, but there are also many cases where builders agree to refund the money as a result of only email correspondence.

Quite often, the prospective flat-buyers succeed in getting a full refund without my involvement, and after getting their refund, they call me to share with me their methods. One of the biggest secrets for getting refund is correct and persistent email communications with the company's higher-ups, and a repeated request to ESCALATE THE MATTER TO THEIR LEGAL TEAM. In your emails, you should clearly state the legal position i.e. that until a contract and/or transaction has happened, any amount that you pay the builder continues to be YOUR money, and the builder has no legal authority to confiscate or "forfeit" YOUR money even if it is lying in his bank account.
