Welcome to today's video. This is an evening yoga flow designed to be a calming bedtime yoga practice. This is going to stretch and unwind your body at the end of the day leaving you feeling ready for a restful night sleep. In this 15 minute evening yoga flow, we will stretch, twist and move through all the energy blocks in the body.
