Walking in the Rain in the Philippines - Typhoon Season Continues [4K HDR]

Walking in the rain in the Philippines is quite the norm these days. Welcome to typhoon season! I'm sure that you've already seen many rain and extreme flooding videos, and I assure you that your YouTube feed will continue this trend at least until the end of November to the beginning of December =). As much as I try to make a video without the rain, it has proven to be difficult. It is what it is right =). Anywho, I visited Rosario Cavite Philippines, and I pretty much got rained on...... again =) The best part of walking in the rain in the Philippines today was at the end when I was able to hang out with some of the local caviteno's and surprise them with some hot meals.
