Police and protesters clash in Pakistan as demonstrators call for Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to resign. The protesters were hitting motorcycles and cars with sticks as they got closer to the Pakistan Secretariat area which houses government ministries and the Prime Ministers official residence. They tried to storm his house, but were beaten back by police. Local media reported that two officers were wounded in the clashes. Elsewhere, Pakistani protesters broke into the PTV national television station's headquarters in central Islamabad, briefly forcing the channel off air. Report by Sarah Kerr.
