Vuonna 1882 Tampereella, Finlaysonnin tehtailla sytytettiin Suomen ensimmäinen pysyvä sähkölampuilla toteutettu valaistus. Tätä ennen sähköä oli kokeiltu valaisemaan Helsingissä. Sähkövalot levisivät pian ympäri maata ja Suomessa aloitettiin kattava sähköverkon perustaminen. Tässä They Talk Suomen jaksossa perehdymme sähkön historiaan ja siihen miten Suomi sähköistettiin.
